Hi,
I'm just about to make my first all-grain BIAB beer. I'm going for a smoked beer and I want a medium to high smoke flavor, brown/dark color with some chocolate and roasted flavor, medium dry finish and some head retention.
My recipes is derived from one found here on HBT.
I'm open to any advice!!
5.25 Gal
6# Smoked malt (Benchwood)
3# Munich
1# Cara-pils
0.75# Crystal 40
0.75# Chocolate
1oz Willamette - 60 min
0.5oz Northern Brewer - 40 min
SafAle S-04
Thanks !!
