So... My first try is in drinking shape now. This was my first foray into all grain brewing and I got some good advice and learned some good lessons.

I got interrupted several times during the fermentation and ended up with about 5 weeks in the primary before cold crashing for about a week and then force carb / kegging. The OG was 1.055 and the FG before kegging was 1.019. I thought I'd get more attenuation but, frankly I do not care... This might be the most delicious beverage I have ever encountered. The Amarillo hops are divine and the color and clarity are amazing. This simple SMaSH is blowing my mind. I am thoroughly psyched and ready to do another BIAB.
