Looking to get my first all grain (BIAB) batch in soon and decided to go with a moderately hopped, Wheat Ale. Also, I wanted to try out Citra Hops. I've heard that Citra is a good hop for imparting tropical/citrus flavours.

This is what I'm hoping to do, but wondering if the hop schedule should be different. Any suggestions ? Shooting for 30-35 IBU.

4 lbs - 2 Row
4 lbs - Wheat
1 lb - Munich Malt
8 oz - Flaked Wheat
US-05

Citra additions
.25 oz @ 60 mins
.75 oz @ 30 mins
1 oz @ 5 mins

If you want to get the Citra aroma and flavor I would minimize your early hops and load up on late hops/hop stand/dry hop. Maybe something like this:

30 min - .5 oz
10 min - .5 oz
5 min - 1 oz
Hop stand at 170F - 1 oz
Dry hop - 1 oz

This will get you around 34 IBU with some noticeable Citra aroma and flavor without a lot of bitterness.
