Had many beers that taste like yeast or too much sediment in the bottles. Took a big leap and bought a Keezer + CO2 to keg. Having some problems carbing it correctly but the beer tastes clean, fresh, clear doesn't smell funny. Tastes like a pale ale. Not quite like a seria nevada but good none the less. Exract clone kits can only go so far right?

Good job. I'm sure you'll get the carbing process down to a "T" soon and you're beer will be that much better!

use the set and forget method. set your regulator at 12psi and leave it alone for a week to ten days, and it should be fine.
