I bottled my first beer, a wheat extract kit, almost two weeks ago. I tried one the other day and its still green and im going to let it sit for another two weeks. The problem is that my friend left the light on in the basement and I noticed today, two days later. Will the beer get skunked or any other adverse effects?

no, UV light skunks beer. avoid sunlight but regular house lights aren't going to affect it at all

1. incandescent lights I think are ok
2. brown bottles provide a little bit of shielding from the light
3. What's done is done and cannot be changed.RDWAHAHB it'll probably be fine

+1 to that. For next time, have a lightproof cover and you'll be sure. A blanket or an old towel will do just fine.
