First homebrew was a resounding success!
My first ever batch is an extract kit dunkelweissen. Took a couple weeks in a primary, another in secondary, and two weeks in the bottle. I was a little worried about it, what with all the sanitizer and airlock my wife dropped in it, the lid on my primary won't seal, and the final gravity is way off, but whatever, it's delicious.
