So i just cracked the seal on the first bottle from my first batch. If the product i just tasted was the result of an uneducated, novice, i cannot wait until i try some batches where i know what i'm doing. Even simple things like no more Mr. Beer booster should have a positive impact. I think i have developed a life long hobby in one sip tonight. Also, the consequent sips and sups helped.
