Alrighty boys.. I opened up a couple bottles after 2 weeks of bottle conditioning and the brew turned out alright. It's not amazing, kind of tastes like a malt liquor (mickeys, old english..) but for my first brew I think I did quite alright. I'm allowing 3 gallons of it to stay in the fermenter a few more weeks just to compare the flavors between the first run of bottles and the second. So far whats left in the fermenter is 5 weeks into fermentation, whereas the first run was only in fermentation for 3 weeks.
