I have been waiting for a few months to brew my first batch and Monday night was the night. I started with a Coopers Bitter kit because that is what came with the kit from the homebrew store. I was kind of disappointed because you dont have to do much to make the wort and get it into the primary. I guess the canned kits will teach me the very basics so I can make a more complicated recipe. The airlock is bubbling at a good pace but seemed a bit slow but that is because of temperature of the basement. I will let you all know how it turns out and thanks to everyone who posts on the forum it has been a great help.
