FIRST POST....Yea....Here we go:

Coopers DIY Kit Lager

Two weeks in the fermentor

OG 1.40

FG 1.12

Followed the instructions and everything was simple....Fermented in Dining Room (see how long the wife puts up with this) between 22 and 24 C...

29 and 1/2 PET bottles primed (2 Coopers sugar drops) and filled...YUM

I have a Coopers IPA kit and will take the next baby steps with dry hopping....

Guess I will have to drink my bottled brew fast (going to hold them 2 weeks in the dark room..) So i have some bottles for the upcoming brew....

Brewing seems simple....even the next more complicated steps...Thanks to You Tube and this forum....

Way to go man!! And yeah, brewing is alot easier than most people realize. I think there's always new things to learn, but once you get a few brews in and get your process down it's pretty easy and fun! Bottoms up!:tank:
