Well after my first mr beer pale ale and my slightly lower abv milk stout kit from BB (added too much water to wort) today I brewed a 1554 clone from AHS and all seemed to go well. I'm excited. Although I did not crush the paradise seeds. I thought a full ounce may be alot so I used it all but did not crush. I added at 45 min for the last 15. And I have a good supply of home brew so I won't rush. We will see in 6 weeks or so for the first taste. How long should I wait b4 side by side comparison?

1st: you should have crushed the seeds
2nd: bottle and wait at least 3 weeks to condition. Will most likly taste good after 2 but the longer the better in most cases.
