So I just gat set up for all grain and put this stout recipe together, please let me know what you think.

7lbs 2 row
1lbs flaked barley
.5 roasted barley
.75 choc.
.50 crystal 120

1oz northarn brewer-60
.5oz ekg-5

Irish ale 1084
 
That looks great. If it was my beer, I'd probably go with a little bit lighter crystal, maybe 60 or 80, but that's just a preference thing.
 
It's a great group. I have missed the past few meetings though..new babe at home.. Good luck going all grain. I am Shane btw
 
I'd double both the flaked and roast barley, and completely drop the crystal and chocolate, as well as the 5 min addition of EKG.
