I have been doing 5 gallon extract brews and want to start brewing all grain. I want to keep it simple the first time and see how it goes before i invest in the all grain equipment. Does anyone have a simple 1 gallon cream ale recipe that i could brew?

Take any 5 gallon recipe and divide the quantities by 5 to get a one gallon batch. If you have not done so, look into BIAB as it is the simplest way to do all grain.

I second the BIAB suggestion- All you need is a $7 strainer bag from your LHBS.
Starting with a smaller batch makes a lot of sense, wet grains are surprisingly heavy.
