Finallly!!

I started brewing about 15 months ago brewed about 5 extract/PM batches in the first 4 months and then had to take some time off to focus on other things.

I took this time to accumulate the equipment to go AG and to read and learn and read and learn some more. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone especially those of you who are major contributors as well as those who have posted their trials and tribulations. I have learned a ton from everyone and I really cant imagine this hobby without such and awesome site to learn and get info from!!

I'm planning to do Biermunchers SNPA "clone", SNPA is a go to beer for me and its a pretty easy one to start.

Wish me luck and I will be back to update everyone on how it goes.

Good luck tomorrow, I'll be brewing as well (Cascadian Dark Ale)! Let us know how it turns out.

I brewed my first all grain this morning. I was very nervous, and to be honest it was WAY easier than I thought it was going to be. You'll do fine

Got it in the kettle and boiling away. Should be same old process from here. I think I was a bit low on my mash temps 1-2 degrees but all in all for the first time things worked pretty well.

#1, get a good thermometer. I really like the thermoworks I purchased, not terribly expensive and testing it a few times it is still very accurate.
