Well I have been itching to do my first all grain and have been thinking about starting out with a 10 gallon batch of a blue moon clone. I have taken quite a bit from recipes I have found here and there and this is what I am planning on doing for a recipe

2.00 lb Flaked Oats
10.0 lb 2-Row
8.00 lb Flaked Wheat
2.00 oz Hallertaur (60 min)
2.00 oz Coriander Seed (5.0 min)
1.00 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (5.0 min)
Safale US-05

Let me know what you think. Hoping for around 65% efficiency with my first all grain batch

I think you might want to use some wheat malt in place of the some of the flaked wheat to ensure you have enough enzymes for conversion, and add 1/2 lb of rice hulls to ensure you have an easy lauter. You'll probably be fine as is, but for your first batch better to make things easy on yourself.

Good luck!
