1. A 7 gallon brewpot cannot handle 16lbs of grain.
2. Ensure that there is some sort of hanger to hang the grain bag outside of the pot to allow the wort to drip out of the bag.
3. A 7 gallon brewpot is too small to brew high gravity AG batches!
4. It is wise to have a stand-alond propane burner.
5. If using pots to heat sparge water, it is better to have a separate brewpot, as opposed to a standard soup pot.
It'll still probably turn out amazing.
