Yes, I made all the taps, too. The fridge came with the house I bought several years ago, just waiting for a little inspiration. What better place to find inspiration than HBT?

The Halligan is wood, mostly pine and cedar that I had sitting around (I'm a woodworker, as well as a fireman). Just kinda fooled around with the bandsaw and belt sander until it looked about right. Couple coats of spray primer, and some of that nice, shiny, "ultra chrome" spray paint you find at Wal Mart, and you've got yourself a halligan that is nice and light and won't self-deploy beer all over the floor when you're not looking!

This is great. Actually one of the few themed kegerators i've seen (still new around here). Awesome job on the taps and paint job.

BTW thanks for what you do! Gotta have guts to be a firefighter.
