Finings before bottling?

If i add finings after primary fermentation, would the still be enough yeast for carbonation?
Also, any tips on this?

You can get unflavored gelatin at any grocery store. There should be instructions included, but if not:

Put a pack of gelatin in a cup of water. Heat to about 170 (be careful here because you can destroy the gelatin by overheating). Dump it into your already cold beer.
