Fining after carbonation

Hey all,I've been fining my beers with gelatin following the brulosophy method,but I was wondering,what if my beer in keg is already carbonated,and than add the gelatin? Are there any reasons against it?

Don Osborn on YouTube did this and i believe it turned out fine.

Just make sure it is completely dissolved. Don't just pour the powder in there unless you want a beer foam volcano.
