I started all grain brewing form the beginning, seed barley. I have been following a trial and error path changing one item at a time from the malting process to the fermenting process. I ran into an unexpected problem,finding two row seed barley. Our local folks can't get it from their venders and I am wondering if anyone knows why this is a problem this year and if there are any potential venders. I have 8lbs left that I would rather sprout and crush than plant and wait so any info would be great.
