Was going to purchase one of those fermenter's favorites 10-gallon dual cooler setups, but I figured I could do better for the price.

I came out just a couple of bucks cheaper, but with the quick-disconnects and high-flow 1/2" throughout... I feel like I came out on top (though some of it is unnecessary). I know it could have been done a bit cheaper... but it didn't cost me any more than the FF setup, so I'm cool with it.

I am getting a very slight leak in the MLT. It appears to drip about 4 or 5 drops over the course of an hour. I'll take it all apart, add some more teflon tape and tighten it all up again. Hopefully that takes care of it.

I wish I would have given it a little more thought in the design. The way I have it setup now, I can't take the false bottom out to clean it without removing the barb on the inside first... it is so close to that false bottom and doesn't give enough room to angle the FB out. Bummer. Oh well

Nice Job! One thing to keep an eye out is that it looks like you'r using silicone tubing on the inside of the MLT from the Falsebottom to the valve, some people who built theirs this way had problems where the silicone tube collapsed with the weight of the grain and the heat causing a stuck sparge.

They make a food grade thermoplastic tubing that is much more rigid then the standard silicone ones you might want to look into: http://www.williamsbrewing.com/12-HEAVY-WALL-THERMOPLASTIC-TUBING-sold-per-foot-P1365.aspx

Nice. Did you get the hardware at brewhardware.com? I literally just bought some of the same false bottom hardware, minus the false bottom dome from there... I'm replacing some vinyl and brass fittings that came from midwest supplies.
