Finally did it. Picked up a Hobart 140 Mig. Saw a few people here and elsewhere have had luck with stainless on that machine. I've been thinking about building a brew stand for years. Now I'm committed.
I recently posted a few pics of my brew session on Facebook because a few non-local friends were interested. Took one look and, as much as I love my current rig of the past 7 years, it's time to step it up.
