Remember that BYO article on container hops growing from a couple years ago that showed how this guy grew his hops indoors, in his high rise office? He ran lines around his office window or something. You could do that and start them anytime.

I do remember that - but if I recall, his did not get any yield. I'm looking for yield; and this year!!!

I'm not worried; the package said the germination time on the hop seeds would be ~30 days.

The makers of this obviously realized hops grow like weeds, so they used genetically transfigured metamorphosized hop seeds that stay dormant longer, long enough to give the wheat and barely a head start. :cross:

I figured out what to use as the false bottom of your mini mash tun.

Some thimbles are solid, so you can probably use one as a boil kettle as well.
