My final gravity came in low. I brewed an orange blonde. What does the low FG mean
 
How low? The number given with your recipe is usually a guesstimate at best. If it did come in low, then your alcohol % will be higher too and your beer may/will be a little dryer in taste. Really not a big deal if it is only a couple of points off either way. No worries.
 
It was suposse to be 1.013, it ended up being 1.009. My OG was suppose to be 1.050 and it was 1.046 also.
 
It is going to be around a 5% ABV beer, right? It looks like your original gravity is likely to blame. No worries, it will just feel like a lighter beer.

Thats a difference of .004? Nothing at all to be concerned about. Some of that could simply be a temperature difference or a hydrometer reading difference (looking at it from an angle). They aren't easy to read sometimes, and .004 is negligible.
