Final Gravity too low?

Getting ready to bottle a belgian saison and i am getting an FG of 1.002 directions say should be 1.011. It has been in pimary for 21 days. Oh OG was 1.050 and fermented around 66 F.

any thopughts

Was your saison brewed from a kit? It could be the instructions are just generic instructions included with all of the sellers kits.

Brewers friend tells me your ABV is right around 6.3%... that sounds good to me for a Saison.

Just drank what was in gravity tube MMMM, nice smell and good pepper taste
