Hello,
I am looking for your input/advice:
I want to filter my beer of yeast and what not, but only have one keg and almost all I can find online is reports of how to filter using 2 kegs.
Recap:
How do I filter using only one keg?

Cheers!

Just use your liver.

If you have a glass carboy and a vacuum pump, you can filter that way. Otherwise you need too use 2 kegs, to filter you either need pressure or a vacuum to get the beer thru the filter, in a timely manner.

Newb here, why do you want to filter it? Is it for clarity or taste?

Thanks for the advice!
Bberg: I want to filter for both of those reasons! Since I am force carbonating with my keg, the yeast serve no purpose for me and can add some off flavors. Filtering can also remove some extra coagulated proteins from the fermentation process that can contribute to these off tastes.

I'll have to look into that when I get home. Thanks for the follow up.

I c02 transfer from my conical, through a two stage filter setup (5 micron-1 micron), and into a 1/2 barrel keg or 3 corny kegs inline. For some beers ill just use 5 micron and skip the 1 micron.

I second the vacuum pump and a whole house filter or you can buy a Buon Vino Mini Jet Filter
