It's been a while, finally got around to ordering some stuff to start brewing beer. Last time I thought too big and got overwhelmed and went onto something else for a while. This time I'm keeping it simple and will get bigger in time.
Spent ~480 at Northern Brewer and got basically everything I need to start brewing 5 gallon batches, eventually I'll build a keggle to cook larger batches and a larger fermenter. For now I'm doing primary and secondary fermenting in a carboy and bought the Dead Ringer IPA kit.
Super psyched I've always wanted to do this and it gives me something to do through the winter besides skiing and waiting for spring.
