Hi
I am preparing a recipe to brew next weekend. I am aiming at slightly stronger pale ale with a bit more mouthfeel than normally.
It will be my first use of Munich and Marynka hops. It will be fermented with Safale 04 for lower attenuation. Fermenting temp around 20deg.

What do you think about it?

Small batch BIAB method (7 litres post boil). Mashing at 67-68deg for 60min, full volume boil for 75min, the rest as shown below.

Pale malt 46%
Munich malt 46%
Caramalt 4.9%
Oat flakes 3.2% kiam intending to use quick oats from supermarket)

Marynka hops added at 60/15/10/5 and at flame out. 5g/5g/10g/20g and 15g respectively. This gives IBU = 43.

Any comments?
