I plan to change 4 of the silhouettes still so that I have 8 unique outlines. Each one represents one of my coworkers at the farm I work at.

Well, then...I approve...well i can't say i've know the flavor distinction side by side, even after reviewing the BJCP guidelines but its feremented with a german yeast (Weihenstephan Weizen). its quite mellow on the ester aroma.

Ja your nine years in germany has made you a stickler for a true german weiss. BTW you do make a good example. I need to brew another one myself here in the next several weeks.Well, then...I approve...
