Right I'm gonna upgrade to a 55litre fermzilla but I have questions
Most important one is I have no way to chill it once fermentation is complete, I know I'll need a bottling gun and gas to bottle
But can I pressure ferment at low pressure maybe 2 to 5 psi then prime my bottles as I normally would then purge the oxygen and fill the bottles and leave to condition as I did with bucket fermentation
Or are there any other options?
As I understand it I can't fill bottles with preasure carbed beer without chilling the beer 1st but would it possibly work with chilled bottles?
Lots of questions but I appreciate any advice

What @mac_1103 says.^
And you won't need a bottling gun or gas, just priming sugar and depending on temps, 2-4 weeks of bottle conditioning to get them carbonated.

OK now I'm thinking of kegging, if I preassure ferment at 4 psi, can I then transfer to say 4 litre oxebar kegs without cooling, but then how to I carbonate?

Ah, with a Fermzilla the beer needs to be dispensed out the top, so a little pressure may be needed to push it out.

Has anyone used a standard bottling wand on a setup like this? I imagine it would work fine for a few PSI with clamps on the hose.
Yeah, that should work. And clamps to prevent surprise beer showers, yes!

I fill the occasional bottles and growlers with carbonated beer from kegs with counter pressure using a sawed-off plastic racking cane through a drilled rubber stopper, and jammed into a picnic tap. I've never needed to clamp the hose, just friction fit. Maybe just been lucky all that time. ;)

You can't carbonate room temp beer.
But you can keep an oxebar keg in the fridge, and force/burst carbonate and dispense it when the beer is cold.

Why would you upgrade to a larger fermenter, then?
In another thread you want to combine 2 kits to reach your fermenter's volume.

If you're a beginning brewer it would make much more sense to brew more often and smaller batches. This way you would become more proficient in brewing and hone your skills/techniques for better beer. It may also prevent getting stuck with large amounts of beer that's just meh, or worse.
