Can any one comment to how accurate the temp strips are you would place on your fermenter. Just curious how much i should trust it.
 
There was a thread sometime last year on the thermostrips versus a thermometer in a thermowell. It was found the strips were within 1° of the thermowell readings. You do need to interpret the strip for odd number degrees since they only have two degree increments. As the strip ages, or has been submerged, this does get harder to do.

Like Pappers_ said, they are very good for indicating a narrow range.
