I built a large temperature controlled chest freezer that works great. I have been taping the probe to the carboy when I have one batch in it. The other day I brewed a second batch so I just hung the probe inside the freezer set at 60. It seemed to work well and the beer temperature s stayed between 64-68. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a better solution when fermenting multiple batches in a chest freezer at the same time?
