Fermenting in Memphis

Hey guys,

I'm new to HBT. I've been dabbling with the Mr. beer kit for years. I've recently started brewing 5 gallon batches of the True Brew kits. I was never happy with the Mr. Beer results but my first batch of True Brew Red Ale came out great! I'll be bottling the Irish stout this weekend.
