Just fixed my fermentation fridge and it was a bit of a pain in the ass to figure it out so I thought I would post in case someone else runs into the same problem.
I have a 15 year old standing freezer that I've been using as a fermentation chamber. Found it on Craigslist and wired it up to a temperature controller. Worked great for a while but stop working suddenly. The fan still ran but the air it was blowing was the same temp as outside. There was a clicking noise coming from around the capacitor and the fan. After a ton of research, turns out the start relay was dead and just needed to order a new one. I found a great tutorial here:

Found the part by typing my model number into appliance parts pros.

A picture of the Start Relay I replaced, it's the brown piece with three wires running to it. It is a different part from the Run Relay but unfortunately I did my ordering after a couple of beer and ended up spending $40 too much.
