I'm making an all grain bourbon barrel porter (northern brewer kit). Made a starter and had fermentation start within a couple of hours of pitching. Left in the primary for about three weeks and racked to a secondary. After racking I added the bourbon and soaked oak chips. I checked it the next day and appears as if it's slowly fermenting, bubbles consistently every 5 to 10 seconds, and has been doing so for several days. I'm a little concerned because I thought it was done and moved it to a closet where it's sitting at about 76 to 78 degrees. Any thoughts on what's going on?

By adding stuff to the liquid you gave the CO2 a surface to gather on, otherwise it would have been suspended in the liquid. So its not fermenting just de-gassing
