Hi everyone !
I brew with a 50L Braumeister and I just bought a shortened malt pipe that gives me the ability to make smaller ( 20L ) batches for testing new recipes. Testing on a 45L scales is kinda risky sometimes...
When doing regular 45L batches... I ferment into my 60L conical fermenter which have glycol cooling system to control the temperatures.
Would it be risky to use this same fermeter to ferment only 18-20L of wort ?
I dont have anything to shoot some C02 in the fermentor but that could be an idea I just got ? Good or bad ?I still have a smaller fermenter but without cooling system...
Thanks !
