My yeast says it works between 72-64. But I learned my basement in the area I keep my bucket gets down to 58-62 at night. I say bubbling in the first day of pitching but it has since stopped. Can I revive the yeast by moving it to a slightly warmer spot or am I screwed?

Yes, warmer will get them going but Id be more concerned with these temp swings

To date the only terrible fusel band aid beer ive made was one that swung up and down 6 degrees or so each day. You want to find a place that is stable. Thats just as important as the temperature itself. You can submerge it in a water bath to help regulate the temperature with increased thermal mass
