Well, yesterday one of my 15 gallon glass demijons broke, luckily no injuries, but now I need a fermenter.

I am going to start doing 15 gallon batches and I am thinking a 20 gallon stainless conical but I have no idea where to start looking.

Anybody have any suggestions?

I use a 15gal LME container when I do 10gal batches. Cheap. Works well. Fits in my ferm fridge.

Sanke keg is pretty close to your needs, fairly cheap and works great. I've been fermenting in one for years with no issues.

For big boy Fermenters (Anything over 10G in Stainless) I always recommend our friends Stout Tanks. http://conical-fermenter.com/products/conicals/ They do amazing work and you'll have a piece of equipment that will outlast you with proper care.

Now if you don't want to skip a house payment just to buy a new Fermenter, then check out these cost effective plastic conical fermenters. http://www.plastic-mart.com/product/5814/30-gallon-cone-inductor-tank-fully-draining-infd30-24 I have not personally seen one of these but have talked to guys who are very happy with them.

Best of luck to you and let us know what you get.

Cheers,
