Made 2, 1 gallon batches of "Teavana citrus blend" just to see what would happen. Added dextrose, yeast and had an OG of 1.070. I re racked it into 2 other containers, after the fermentation was finished, and sampled it along the way. It smells awesome and is very clear already. This stiff is terrible! So bitter its not even going to be drinkable. Is this just a waste of time and should i dump it, or are there any formulas to save this brew. My original thought was a hard iced tea... Yuck!

pour yourself a glass and add some sugar, or honey to back sweeten it, if it taste good the you can back sweeten the whole batch.

Is this something thats been done before. Or am i going about the fermented tea the completely wrong way
