Whats happend to the beer
If i start fermentation 75f
And after 4 days i pot it at the frigidaire for 64f
Yeast S33
Og 1.040
Tanx

I did the opposit way
From high to low
I try to understand if i will have strong aftertaste

Your yeast create the esters and fusel alcohols that are considered off tastes during the fast part of the ferment when there are lots of sugars for them to eat, thus the recommendation to start the ferment cool and then after a few days to let it warm up so the yeast complete the ferment. If you start warm and then cool you get the off flavors and then put the yeast to sleep so they may not finish the job.

I wouldn't worry TOO much about it, what's done is done.
If you still have at 64* and it's fermenting then good. If it stopped fermenting and you don't think its finished then start warming it up.
If you think it's finished then take a reading and see what FG is.
Treat it like all is well with the world and carry on. ;)

Tnx
The bubbles finish after 2 days
And after more 2 days the water in the airlock got balanced
I was so exaited from the new frigidaire that i pot it in without thinking
Im worry that i will have strong aftertaste
