I have an all-brett IPA thats going on 3 weeks now. Looks like terminal gravity has been reached, but Im definitely giving it at least another week. I have decided to bottle it as opposed to kegging (which I normally do for IPAs). I hope this will let it sort of evolve over time. As the hops fade, the brett flavor will develop more. Anyway, since I'm bottling, Im worried about bottle bombs with brett and all. From researching around, it seems most people dont ferment their all-brett beers much longer than a normal beer would get. But since its al IPA, I'd like to get it in the bottle as soon as I can
