I'm fermenting a west coast ipa with WLP001 and am having trouble keeping it within the 68-72 degrees F. temperature range. Since my house is usually around 60-65 degrees, should I just expect a longer fermentation time, or should I try and warm the fermenter?

You should be fine fermenting in the low 60s with wlp001; perhaps even in better shape.
