Is this bad?

The temp fell during then first days of fermentation and the yeast became much less active, very little to no activity.

I moved the carboy and when the temp rose, the yeast became very active again.

Am I doomed?

Yeasties are hearty little bastards, but they're fickle as hell when it comes to temperature. I wouldn't worry in your case-when temperatures drop, they tend to go into a dormant stage where they're simply not doing much of anything. Considering they woke up when the temperature increased, they'll just get back to their job like nice little minions should.
