So im tryin out a lager for the first time in an extra fridge i have. I was carefull to keep turing the fridge on and off to keep it within lager temps. However, I had a big party and some jack hole turned the temp down as low as it could go so that he could cool off his Natty Light... Me being in a hungover state of mind for the weekend, i never checked till monday.
The temp being well below lagering temps, and never seeing a layer of Krausen on top leaves me to believe that the yeast went dormant and are now stuck.
Thoughts on rousing the yeast?
