Hey all,
I have a NEIPA which started of fermenting VERY actively. The OG was 1.080 measured with a hydrometer. I have been dry hopping this week and took a measurement with my new refractometer - it shows that the current gravity is 1.035 - however I would have expected to hit my FG of 1.018 by now (day 9).
I had a look around and saw a few things saying you _can't_ measure FG with a refractometer. Is this true, should I take a new reading with my hydrometer or is that just hopeful?
Thanks,
Ben
