Hello
So Im new to the whole home brewing and had a couple of questions. The beer (english pale ale) has been fermenting for 13 days now and I was planning to bottle it tomorrow. I of course forgot to check the OG but two days ago I checked the FG and it was 1.010, if its still the same tomorrow can I bottle it? I ask because Im still getting co2 bubbles every couple of minutes and I can see the yeast churning. I did the primary for a week, then secondary. The kit is a Brewers Best with dry yeast, the temp has been 68-72.
thanks for the help
Jason
