Plant Based Homebrewer
Hick quest guys. I am brewing a holiday stout a recently racked to my secondary on top of apps 1 cup of raisins and about 2 cups of dark chocolate chips. Fermentation started again, as I expected. About how much should I expect this to add to my ABV %? The initial percentage was 6.5%. I don't know if this amount will make that much difference. Any input?
