Fermentation question

So I was wondering if this is the year or something else causing this to happen. It's been fermenting for a week and 5 days. Not sure if it's good or bad, if you could help out it would be sweet!

Another question

Is this just debree from fermentation on top too or is it bad also?

The stuff floating in the middle of the liquid.

Top two pictures look like yeast settling. Last pic looks fine. Nothing to worry about. If those bubbles start to turn white and stay on top of the beer then you may have an infection.
