Recently I did a Nut brown ale kit. Fermentation started out at a rapid rate, but after 24 hrs. completly stopped. I have experienced massive change in fermentation of beers before, but I have never seen one stop completly within 24 hrs. I used about 1lb of brown sugar, 3lbs. of malts and some grains, and muntons dried ale yeast. Should I be lying awake with night terrors thinking about my beer?
