Couldnt this be improved slightly by adding a small submersible pump to move the water around? Seems like all the hot water would be on one side of the fermenter.

Like something they would use for fish tanks, that pumps water slowly..you wouldnt need hoses just having it come directly out of the pumps outlet would be enough to move the water around.

Honestly, I see your intentions are pretty decent, but there's no need to be so prideful when someone responds to a better solution. If you want to be the type of guy who ends up producing all kinds of instructional videos, I would seriously work on your presentation skills.

Dude . . . Did you miss the words "proven method" ?

Fish need to be at a stable temperature. Do you really think I would take the time to "share and shoot" a video for something that I came up with that I wanted to share with my fellow brewers around the world that didn't work?

Google the 2nd law of thermodynamics, and please take your negativity somewhere else before you dis someone else's posting before trying it for yourself.

Lol what, most fish tanks have pumps to keep water circulating, oxygenated and clean so not sure what he was trying to prove but whatever..its a good idea and a lot of people could improve their beer with it but i think having it moving would improve it even further.

I have no probems calling out dumb ideas on this forum, and didnt mean to come off as such lol so if you read this sorry you took it that way Blackdog
